These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the site prospiqo.com and the services offered by Prospiqo S.A.S., with address in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic. By using the site you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Object
Prospiqo operates a real estate collective financing (crowdlending) platform that enables investors to contribute funds to projects under construction, renovation or urban development within Argentina, in accordance with the regulations of the National Securities Commission.
2. Requirements to participate
Individuals over the age of 18 residing in Argentina may register, as well as legal entities incorporated in the country. Identity verification and required documentation are an indispensable condition to invest.
3. Nature of the services
Prospiqo does not guarantee returns. Every real estate investment involves risk. Estimated returns are informative and may vary based on the evolution of each project, macroeconomic factors and market conditions.
4. Use of the site
The user agrees to use the site lawfully, without affecting its operation or attempting to access restricted areas. Site information is informative and does not constitute financial advice.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and other contents of the site are owned by Prospiqo S.A.S. or its licensors. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Prospiqo will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site. Nor will it be liable for technical interruptions beyond its control.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms to reflect regulatory, technical or commercial changes. Modifications are published on this page and are effective from publication.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
