At Prospiqo S.A.S. we value the privacy of those who visit our website and use our real estate crowdlending platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Act 25,326 and the supplementary regulations issued by the Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect identification and contact data (name, surname, email, phone), browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited), data linked to newsletter subscriptions and, when moving forward to investment processes, information required by anti-money-laundering regulations.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to answer enquiries, send you the newsletter you subscribed to, provide access to the platform, analyze site usage, comply with legal obligations and send communications about similar products when regulations allow it.
4. Legal basis
Our legal bases are the consent you provide when filling out forms, the execution of the contractual relationship when applicable, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in maintaining the security of the site.
